On Wednesday 16th October Northern Lights Parkinson's Support are proud to launch the NLPD Drop in Hub at the LCFA Sefton sports centre. It will be a safe place for people with Parkinson's & their families / carers to come & take part in activities or just have a cuppa & a chat!

Taking place every Wednesday, we will open between 12 - 5pm, we will gradually offer more & more activities for you to enjoy including singing, table tennis, physio & walking football.
